We allow customers to request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product if it does not meet their expectations for the intended purpose..

  • Returns are not accepted.
  • Products can only be replaced with another item of equal or lesser value.

    • Any signs of damage, wear, or incomplete packaging may result in rejection of the replacement request.

    • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the advised address at their own expense.
    • Additional shipping charges may apply for sending the replacement product.
  3. Assessment:
    • All replacement requests will be assessed by Astor on a case-by-case basis.

  • Astor will confirm the replacement via email.
  • Replacements will be shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of confirmation.
